General requirements
• At least two years of banking outdoor sales experience.
• The applicant has to be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• A powerful personality and exceptional sales skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be employed right now and have experience with UAE banking.
• Applicants who are new to the UAE and have equivalent experience from reputed Banks are eligible to apply for the BCA.
