Enter your correct phone number and proceed to enter the OTP that will be later send to your number.
You will have to pay AED 220/- for the application (this will vary according to the user type you select). Don’t forget to read the terms and conditions and agree to them as well.
After the payment has been done you will be given the Police Clearance Certificate through your email address within 3 days. And it will take only 24 hours if you apply on a working day.

Apply for PCC From Abroad
Here is how to apply for police clearance certificate Dubai outside UAE when you do not have emirates ID.
These documents are required to apply for police clearance certificate.
- Fingerprint card approved by the UAE embassy in your country.
- Two recent passport-sized photo.
- A copy of your valid passport.
- Copy of your last visa.
- The reason as to why you are applying for PCC.
If you do not have emirates ID you can choose the outside UAE option in the user type in the above mention Dubai Police website. Then you will be asked to upload these documents on the Dubai police website at the very last. You will also be asked about your current address and details in order to send the certificate to you.
When you click on the ‘Biometric Card Photocopy’ a pop up box will appear with all the required information in it.
