Role Summary

We?re looking for a Administrator to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store ?tMart, which is the region?s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices.

What?s On Your Plate?

Completing PO for the suppliers for all stores
Coordinating with the suppliers, vendor creation, asking for SOA?s, calling for delivery
Also assisting projects team to update the master file, monitoring the PO, getting approvals, and following up on payments
Work split would be 70% within commercials, 15% related to projects and 15% documents
Must have excellent MS Excel skills, analytical and confident with reporting & data.
