Assist Admin Manager for HR/Admin Related Works
Ensure that correct documents are recorded, signed and transmitted to designated Dept.
Properly file/organize files in the server for the future retrieval of documents.
Mange to assist guests/staff with courtesy.
Carry out other responsibilities entrusted by Managers from time to time.
Prepare the daily attendance sheet for monthly report.
Coordinating with other Dept./project admins for submission of relevant documents.
Assist/request Work Permit approval for maintenance to the Building Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
2-5 years’ relevant work experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office
