What you’ll be doing?

Maintain all information relating to seasonal buy including product information and order confirmation along with open to buy management as applicable.
Assist the Buying team with weekly reporting and delivery status.
Provide required support to others in the department, sending official correspondence on their behalf, providing collective information to them, making travel arrangements, etc.
Manage RTV and the process ensuring effective communication to suppliers.
Maintain necessary documentation systems for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information.
Ensure all necessary records, files, and databases are maintained accurately and update in a timely manner.
Ensure effective sample management process between functions and events working collaboratively with the PR and Marketing team, Press Shows and Events, and Facebook imagery to ensure samples arrive on time without stock loss.
Conduct product validation to support Buying and cross-functional teams for PR and marketing campaigns, look books, and Facebook imagery.
Support the Buying team by ensuring ‘who, what and when’ are collated from milestones meetings including Hindsight, Trade, and SWOT analysis.
Ensure completion of competitive pricing analysis and store visit actions.
Support the Buyers by regularly visiting competitors to provided market intelligence to the Buying team.

What we are looking for?.

2-3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in English with Strong communication skills with a demonstrable ability to interact and influence at all levels within the organization
Excellent problem solving, planning, analytical, and documentation skills
