Require Business Development Representative with lead generation experience. To develop and manage client relationships for a SaaS Solution consulting firm based in UAE. The candidate should ensure consistent growth in sales pipeline and CRM database building, through phone calling email, LinkedIn, personal networking and other social media channels.


Generate and qualify leads for new business through telesales, networking, cold calling and other marketing activities
Schedule sales activity like business meetings, lead follow-ups
Develop and maintain a CRM database
Advice the company for the participation in relevant networking and marketing activities like Events, Tradeshows, seminars, Webinars etc.
Maintain sales activity records, follow up on sales activity and prepare sales reports
Understanding customer specific business requirements and mapping to product & services to meet those needs.
Assist in Formulating business proposals according to customers’ business needs in co-ordination with presales team.
Display efficiency in gathering market information in context of products and services to enable price negotiations, features, sales trends to more effective work process.
Focused approach in terms of developing new prospects in order toensure that the quality of service is provided to client during delivery and after sales
Writing and designing skills to create sales literature.
Review own performance and aim at exceeding leads target based on milestones.
Actively manage the social media handles of company (LinkedIn Twitter etc.)

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 5 to 8 years of direct lead generation experience within Middle East market in either ERP, RPA, BI, Financial, Risk or Treasury solutions sales.
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree.
Results-oriented with great skills in communication, organization and convincing.
Ability to interact at C-Level; superior networking skills.
CRM proficiency is a must.
Flexible, self-motivated, disciplined, takes ownership of job at hand.
Team-oriented, able to accept and create change.
Strong understanding of customers’, market dynamics and requirements of the GCC market.
Ensure effective working relationships with all relevant clients/partners, third parties and internal colleagues.
Strong sense of initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail.
Fluent English and Arabic speaker.
