Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Delivery of quality 2D and 3D drawings.
Ensure timely completion of all allocated projects.
Create concept and production drawings according to the client?s requirement.
Preparation Material Take-Off lists (BOM?s) for tender evaluations and checking to ensure scope is in accordance with drawings produced and vice versa.
Ensure all relevant standards, and techniques are in line with the 3CMME framework.
Assist in updating databases, files of specifications, standards, and drawing tools.
Review rough sketches, drawings, and other data to ensure that they comply with design concepts.
Explain drawings to production team and provide adjustments as necessary.
Receive and register documents
Control the issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers
Maintains specifically assigned project database/s
Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving
Review completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals
Perform file backup to ensure storage and archiving of electronic registers
Experience and Qualifications:
Entry level, minimum of 0-2 years of experience in the field
Drafting degree or Engineering Diploma, Piping or Mechanical or Structural specialization
Autodesk Inventor (or similar 3D Software)
Understanding of Engineering and common / best practices.

Good command of written & spoken English and ability to prepare reports and statistics
Good IT skills, mastering MS Office and other software related to document control (M-Files is an advantage)
Attention to detail
