The Broadcast Executive Producer produces and supervises a group of AV Producers & Production Coordinators to execute and manage video development with the technology team.


Responsible for video workflow and production of all video/photo/content initiatives
This role is part strategic and part operational.
Ability to execute and produce all video productions
Establish, maintain efficient workflows for AV production.
Main Liaison on production projects, ability to gauge production requirements based on brief, timeline and budgets
Ensure all self and AV team is fully versed in different Agency?s policies and procedures dependent upon position and responsibilities
Ensure high quality, accuracy and on-time delivery on all projects
Assist on organizational restructuring efforts, casting, forecasting and talent management
Improve studio business process, expand capabilities & workflow through technology, and drive incremental production revenues
Ensure all staff is trained on all Systems pertaining to their function and responsibilities
Advanced relationships with best in-class production partners, suppliers across EMEA
Conduct weekly production meeting to review all projects and discuss changes in procedures or workflow as applicable
Assimilate all production estimates as needed prior to submission to Account Teams
Create and implement production process
Hands-on Video Post-Producer
Conduct and complete Annual Performance Reviews
Performs other duties as assigned
Fulfills the role of Studio PM or Producer in project-related processes


Must have 10+ years? experience within the region.
A strong leader and a team player who understands how to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving organization
Experience managing multiple high-volume projects simultaneously
Fluent in English and fluency in Arabic will be a plus
Bachelor?s degree required
