A typical day will include:
Assist in development of media plans & strategies.
Follow media plans / proposals based on the requirements of clients
Monitor the client requirements, develop and maintain relationships?
Developed working knowledge of basic media concepts and terminologies
Maintains budget control and ensure execution of media plans by reviewing approved media schedules
Explores media alternatives and creative in recommending media solutions and performs competitive analysis
Investigates media opportunities as they relate to client/agency business.
Builds and maintains effective relationships with media representatives and vendors
Utilizes media reporting and planning tools
To land this position you must have:
Have 1 years of experience
Having a strong working knowledge of the media space (including traditional media) and available media research
Passionate about the media industry and innovation in media
Familiarity with offline, online and social media concepts
Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
Effective Negotiation experience
Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure
Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven abilities to communicate effectively and concisely in writing with clear expression, grammar and syntax
