Description

Responsibilities:

Discussions and negotiations with payment providers/agents for online payment services including e-wallet, local banking and card payment facilities
Dealing with settlements, including statements, timely and correct withdrawals and deposits, accounting and controlling public facing payment information.
Researching the payment solutions available for our clients in the market.
Optimization of the conversion rates and fees related to payments.
Implementing/automating payment processes
Reporting and analysing payment funds
Assuring products and services compliance with applicable regulation
Liaising with technical teams of integration of payment services to online portal
Liaise with the Head of Operations for any issues
