ú Maintaining the payroll system by considering all actions such as hiring, transfer, and termination ,salary changes to ensure that all data within the system is up to date before running the payroll
ú Ensure salary, overtime, attendance controls are done accurately
ú Registration and cancellation of registration of health and life insurances, following up the insurances, ensuring the coordination between the broker and employees
ú Maintaining personnel files, ensuring documents in the files are complete and in order in line with company policies & legal requirements
ú Follow up and collect all the documentation for all leave usage, sick reports, resignation etc.
ú Be part of development and implementation of the policies, processes
