Key Responsibilities of the Role

• The potential candidates possess familiarity with engineering drawings, the ability to work on CAD.

• The candidate should be responsible for managing supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.

Ability to review any engineering changes that impact material or supplier, to adjust stocks accordingly.
Must has knowledge about the current market situation and meets with salespeople and compares their products and prices- in terms of choosing the appropriate suppliers to purchase from.

• Follow up, correspondence, status updating, and coordination with the designer & supplier for in-time document/drawing flow.

• Coordinate with project development department in obtaining project budget, timeline, and purchase specifications for all services and materials needed to deliver all requirements on time and within budget.

• Review tenders and bids and coordinate with project /hotel operation team for confirmation

• Review and verify contracts/agreements commercial terms.

• Coordinate with suppliers on all logistics to ensure on-time delivery with the best quality of products according to specification

• Work closely with project managers to ensure all items are sourced, produced, and delivered to the hotel on time and within budget.


• Graduate/CAD efficient/Architect (background in design and architect is a must)

• Candidate should be technically skilled and able to do make sketches on CAD as required.

• 3 years work experience in hotel procurement field or related (Hotel project procurement is a plus)

• Strong negotiation and coordination skills with high responsibility.

• Project management skills.
