Drive the creation and delivery of overall AdTech strategy in co-ordination with the founders to meet the business case targets.
Act as the co-ordinator across Technology, AdOps and Sales team by maintaining the product backlog, escalating and resolving bottlenecks
Work closely with the Sales and GTM team to define KPIs, named account lists and help them structure their outreach to clients across tiers
Help Ad Operations team to create a scalable model for onboarding new clients, optimize advertising campaigns and inventory management
Co-ordinate with technology team to design technology architecture, setup analytics models, and continuously deliver product enhancements including new advertisement inventory
Liaise with other teams within and outside the AdTech team to negotiate timelines, deliverables and dependencies
Communicate with business stakeholders to set and manage expectations about AdTech progress
Minimum Qualifications/education

ú Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Design, or any other related field

Minimum experience

At least 5+ years of product management experience with experience working in Agile teams with 2+ years of experience leading teams
A track record of setting business / brand vision and strategy and bringing this to life for digital products
Previous experience in consulting and retail is a plus

Extensive strategy experience in a digital product environment
Business knowledge and ability to lead problem solving sessions as needed, on topics beyond application of existing know-how
Excellent managerial skills with previous product management experience and delivering digital products at scale
Deep hands on knowledge of working with technology and analytics team to define and deliver on product roadmap
Extremely data driven and able to drive analytics insights to make decisions

Understanding of modern digital engagement and marketing landscape including emerging AdTech landscape is a plus
