The Project Consultant is a pivotal and high-profile role in our highly successful project management teams. With full client ownership, the role enjoys full operational independence and autonomy. The role also provides support with management task included but not limited to: mentoring, supporting other team members or admin tasks. Acts as an escalation and support point to internal teams and provides technical and trouble-shooting support.

The ideal candidates possesses extensive experience in project management, client management and market research which in turn enables them to manage/oversee high complexity projects and client accounts.
Takes overall and sole responsibility for projects assigned ensuring delivery to high quality standards as set by the business as well as making sure projects run within budget and quality targets.
Manage multiple complexity 4-5 (e.g. Conjoint, Max Diff, least full quotas etc.) projects concurrently and independently including large multi-country projects.
Set out and maintain project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all projects managed. Ensure schedule changes are communicated and agreed with all internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee FW phase in full taking care to ensure progress is in line with timelines as well as ensuring that quota requirements are met.
Agree sampling needs with Field Manager at kick off stage including full sampling methodology and feasibility.
Ensure key survey questions are monitored during FW to prevent data issues. Update FM regularly at set timings.
Ensure any issues arising on projects are flagged to appropriate touch points immediately and proactively.
Provide general consultation internally and to clients including but not limited to: questionnaire design, logic in line with research objectives, survey set-up solutions to enable successful delivery of the project, proactive risk mitigation and trouble-shooting.
Collaborates with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure project proposals are designed through appropriate expertise and methodologies. Leads and attends client calls/face to face meetings as required.
Helps with training and mentoring of the new and existing team members.
Collaborates with team and line manager to create project/account strategies.
Maintain all systems up to date and ensures all admin/housekeeping is done within schedule as the project closes.
Adhere to all process and procedures at all times unless otherwise agreed with management
6+ years working experience in research and project management essential
Proven experience in market research is essential
Highly proficient in questionnaire design and logic
Proven knowledge and experience of managing complex full service projects including complex logic nodes and algorithms (e.g. Conjoint, Max Diff, least full quotas, loops etc.)
Ability to handle data (proficient with setting up table specs, understanding weighted and unweighted tables, proficient with SPSS)
