Principal Accountabilities:

> Ensure receiving tenant response 60 days prior contract expiry hence update system.

> Negotiate rent increase & charges collecting to maximize revenue.

> Conduct renewals of each month 15 days prior to contract expiry.

> Maximize occupancy rate by retaining ” Vacating” tenants.

> Follow up on bounced cheques & legal cases.

> Conduct periodic site visits to check building condition & variances between system and physical occupied units.

> Handle tenants requests related to property management related matters.

> Handle fixing tenant’s violations toward prohibited activities.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience mainly in property management
Dubai Market experience (non-freehold + freehold) is essential.
Knowledge about the Real Estate Laws and RERA. Understanding of best practice leasing procedures, document and data management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or in a relevant field.
Well Versed with MS Office and CRM systems (i.e. Oracle and Yardi)
