ú Develop new sauces, seasoning and coatings acting on briefs, specifications and inquiries made by customers. Present the newly developed products to the customers.
ú Improve existing products by changing raw ingredients and / or levels of new ingredients.
ú Reduce the cost of existing products by changing to cheaper ingredient suppliers, omitting certain ingredients and / or changing levels of raw ingredients.
ú Attend production trials.
ú Attend presentations by suppliers, internal meetings, as well as meetings and conferences with customers.
ú Keeping up to date with latest technologies and developments and incorporate these into project work if they prove to be beneficial.
ú Maintain highest standards of food hygiene and have these standards in mind when working on project briefs.
ú Maintain awareness and keep up to date with current food legislation.
ú Conducting some technical department functions such as hygiene and internal audits when necessary.
ú Help to develop trainee technologist and technician by sharing her/his expertise
ú Bachelor?s Degree in Food or Chemical Engineering Departments
ú Some laboratory experience within the Food Industry in R&D or Quality Department.
ú Experience of working effectively in Plant
ú Result oriented, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
ú Customer focused, attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
ú Enthusiasm for learning and development.
ú Ability to work as part of a team or individually
ú Ability to work cross-functionally within the team and show adaptability
ú Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Turkish.
ú Proven knowledge of MS Office application is a must.
