You will work closely with the Head of Beauty Division, Trainers, Logistics, Finance and Communications and Marketing Teams. The main objective for your role is maximizing sales within pharmaceutical channels (UAE & GCC) for brand within Wellness United portfolio. Reaching monthly, bi-annual and annual sales targets for each brand, KPI’s and overall corporate financial objectives.


Sales Development

1. Concluding and negotiating new agreements with pharmaceutical retail groups in the UAE/GCC, generation of high leads sales.

2. Set Sales Strategy per category/per Brand Managed in-line with HOB directives

3. Responsible for heading up expansion into new markets (GCC countries) as well as continued expansion among existing clients

5. Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements

6. Account Management for existing pharmaceutical channels

7. Identifying opportunities for upselling within existing customer base

8. Opening new doors whilst Identifying revenue increasing opportunities

9. Regular market visits to ensure brands are well represented

10. Visit key accounts regularly to build and maintain strong relationships

11. Sourcing and managing sub-distributors in designated territories

Required Skills

1. A passion for sales with proven success in sales management

2. Strong ability to establish consumer & customer insights and make strategic recommendations based on this

3. Proven track record in running a brand within pharmaceutical channels, including strong P&L management and commercial acumen

4. Strong leadership, team building and mentoring skills

5. Excellent understanding of the UAE/ GCC pharmaceutical market – beauty/personal care

6. Ability to create strong relationships and develop new relationships with pharmacy groups.

The candidate must be able to travel within the GCC frequently.


2. 5-7 years’ sales experience within pharmaceutical channels

3. Prior innovation / new product development experience, new product launches and/or major repositioning of a Brand

4. Experience in category analysis and forecasting

5. Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques

6. Experience with P&L analysis

7. Proven analytical ability

8. Ability to consistently generate consumer insight-driven, creative, big new ideas and concepts

9. Ability to lead complex, strategic projects through to commercialization

10. Takes responsibility for cross-functional teams, and can influence cross-functional management in conversation and in presentations
