Customer Service

Greet, serve and advice all customers in a personalized way
Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answering customers? questions about specific products/services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Communicate and deal with all different customer levels and nationalities

Sales Target Orientation

Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the achievement of Kiosk targets. The goal is to facilitate sales in every possible way in order to drive sustainable growth.

Brand awareness

Be an ambassador of the brand history, culture, quality and know how. You will also ensure that you have the most up-to-date product knowledge, and that the brand is represented to the required standard.

Building Customer relation

Build, strengthen and follow-up relationships to existing customers and acquire new customers
Inform customers on new products and share feedback with management
Operational expertise

Maintain personal grooming standards as per company policy
Performs cash register functions as required and ensures accuracy and efficiency
Respect and maintain the Kiosk display and stocks.
Hands on involvement in Kiosk operation (replenishment, standards, delivery)
Ensure clean and organized display, and stocks areas
Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, health and safety policies etc.
EDUCATION & TRAINING

ú Minimum of High school degree or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

ú Excellent in English. Arabic is preferable

ú Effective communication and interpersonal skills

ú Previous experience in Retail Sales. Kiosk experience is preferrable

ú Customer service focus with friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.
A cheerful personality who can remain calm and focused under pressure
ú Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives

ú Retail operational skills (stock, VM, systems, cash?)

ú Ability to stand long hours.

ú Basic Computer skills
