Lead one or more of our Frontend software engineering teams to continuously identify and learn from our deliveries on how to further improve our effectiveness. Forming a leadership team with the group product manager and principal engineer alongside other roles such as an agile coach, to bring our products to life.
Work to improve the overall productivity of the team and the quality of the software by working directly with the team to improve the daily routine by providing new tools and applying best practices.
What You/ll be responsible for:
Provide mentorship and guidance to the team members to achieve the highest levels of quality and productivity
Set up goals, review progress, and discuss career advancement with team members
Improve team local development environment and setup
Help the team to follow best practices by investing in CI pipeline and CD Cycle
Maintain a clear and timed plan for increasing unit test and total code coverage
Contribute to system stability by reviewing and contributing to system designs and architecture
Work with Heads and VP of Engineering to put and execute a plan to open source some of the internal packages and tools.
Collaborate with Tech team members to build a rich technical blog that reflects our engineering culture and vision
Maintain a status sheet for all projects to keep everyone updated about the actual improvements and targets
Do regular meetings with every team to keep them up with their goals and track the progress per team
Collaborate with the Heads and TLs to improve the hiring process & Code challenges
Collaborate with technical writers and product team to maintain the Technical & business Documentation
Execute Internal Sessions for the team to keep them up with best practices and technical training.

Skills required – What You’ll Need
Solid software engineering foundation
Outstanding ReactJs knowledge
Very good communication and leadership skills
Strong CI/CD knowledge with hands-on experience
Depth Experience working in Agile Methodologies
BS/BA in computer science.
8+ years of software development experience
3+ years of leadership experience
