The Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) are a key component of the United Arab Emirates’ strategy to be part of the global marketplace, to develop and diversify its economy, and to maintain a unique cultural heritage. Founded in 1988 with four colleges, the HCT has grown to be the largest of the higher educational institutions in the UAE, gaining a well-respected reputation for innovative learning. More than 20,000 students attend 17 modern men’s and women’s colleges in the cities of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Fujairah and the western cities of Madinat Zayed and Ruwais.

We seek to employ committed, quality professionals and typically offer 3 year renewable contracts. Our competitive remuneration packages include a tax-free salary and allowances which cover relocation, accommodation and annual air tickets for you and your family. The HCT does not provide housing; rather, we provide employees with additional compensation above your base salary to assist you with household costs. Additional benefits included in the contract are tuition assistance for eligible dependents, comprehensive medical coverage, an end of service gratuity, and repatriation benefits.
