McDonald’s invites the United Arab Emirates to plant every happy meal bought together

McDonald’s United Arab Emirates encourages families to learn about the unique and environmental benefits of planting through its Little Seats of Hope initiative in partnership with the Emirates Environment Group and Del Monte Foods.

Spinach seeds will be on every happy meal for a period of time from December 21st. This unique addition to the popular toys that come with a widely preferred happy meal is aimed at encouraging families to plant the seeds.

 Spinach Seeds Del Monte Foods, a supplier of trusted fruits and vegetables of McDonald’s United Arab Emirates. Customers will receive a leaflet in each spinach seeds, including amazing functions.

This effort provides a great function to bring together families to learn about planting and to teach children the values of patience and care. We do this through long-term partnerships such as the Emirates Environment Group and Reliable Suppliers such as Del Monte Foods.

We are encouraged to contribute to the environment when our Little Seats of Hope initiative is creating emotional moments.” McDonald’s CEO of the United Arab Emirates Walit Fakih said.

McDonald’s United Arab Emirates has a long-standing partnership with the Emirates Environment Group, built around environmental protection in the United Arab Emirates.

In previous work, McDonald’s United Arab Emirates planted 350 trees in government schools across the country, turning 7000 square feet of barren land into beautiful green meadows through a special education-urban-wildlife program. Through this endeavor and so on, McDonald’s UAE and the Emirates Environmental Group are working hand in hand to be responsible corporate citizens.
