Authorities focus that federal agencies and ministries may implement remote work arrangements or flexible working hours
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has released a circular outlining the official working hours for federal authority workers during the holy month of Ramadan following a pertinent UAE Cabinet order.
According to the circular, ministries and federal agencies will continue to operate within regular business hours of 9:00 to 14:30 on Monday through Thursday and 9:00 to 12:00 on Friday.
FAHR emphasized that, depending on their particular needs, ministries, and federal agencies could implement remote or flexible working arrangements during Ramadan.
FAHR also extended its congratulations on the occasion of Ramadan to the Supreme Council members, Their Highnesses the Rulers of the Emirates, the President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and the nationals and residents of the UAE.
